Job Description

TACLAB is a U.S.-based e-commerce brand focused on gloves, apparel, eyewear, and functional lifestyle products. Our brand content primarily centers around outdoor, training, EDC, and tactical-inspired culture. We are looking for someone who truly understands content, social media, and growth marketing. This is not a "just posting content" role. We want someone who can help drive traffic, improve conversion, and support sales growth through content creation, marketing campaigns, KOL collaborations, and social media execution. We are looking for someone who is: Execution-focused Able to work independently Growth and sales minded Interested in helping build and grow a brand long-term ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Content Manage and create content for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and other social platforms Shoot, edit, and publish short-form video content Participate in brand visual direction and content planning Continuously test new content styles, creative ideas, and growth directions Video Production & Creative Content Assist with product presentation, demonstrations, and on-camera content Work with photographers/videographers to produce marketing and product content Create short-form videos for ads and social media campaigns Experience with AI content tools is a plus KOL / Affiliate Marketing Develop and maintain relationships with influencers and creators Support affiliate marketing initiatives Coordinate creator campaigns, promo codes, and collaboration performance Identify creators that fit the TACLAB brand style Marketing & Growth Lead the planning and execution of Email Marketing campaigns Create promotional emails, product launch campaigns, seasonal campaigns, and basic email flows Plan email content and campaign schedules based on marketing and sales goals Monitor open rates, click-through rates, conversion performance, and continuously optimize results Participate in product launches, promotions, and seasonal marketing campaigns Analyze performance data and continuously improve marketing effectiveness Help drive traffic, conversion, and overall sales performance through marketing execution Team Support Support light operational tasks as part of a fast-paced e-commerce team Occasionally assist with lightweight fulfillment and basic customer support when needed Collaborate across marketing and operations to improve overall customer experience Specific responsibilities may be adjusted based on the candidate's experience, strengths, and role focus. Qualifications Experience in social media content creation, video editing, or e-commerce marketing Familiar with Instagram, TikTok platforms, and modern social content trends Proficient with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Premiere, etc. Strong visual sense and understanding of short-form content pacing Able to independently execute content and marketing tasks Strong execution skills and self-motivation Comfortable working in a fast-paced e-commerce environment Willing to learn and continuously improve content performance Able to work independently without constant supervision Basic understanding of sales, conversion, and growth-focused marketing Results-oriented mindset, not just task completion Comfortable working in a startup-style, cross-functional environment Strong Chinese and English communication skills Preferred Qualifications Experience creating conversion-focused or sales-driven content Experience working with influencers or affiliate marketing Experience with Email Marketing platforms such as Klaviyo Experience creating Meta Ads creatives Experience writing SEO or blog content Interest in outdoor, training, EDC, or tactical-inspired content Comfortable appearing on camera is a plus What We Value Compared to degrees or large company backgrounds, we care more about: Real content ability Execution Creative sense Business mindset Understanding of traffic, conversion, and sales If you only enjoy "making content" but are not interested in whether the content actually drives growth or sales, this role may not be the right fit.
