The Sponsorships & Sales Coordinator (Independent Contractor) supports sponsorship sales and execution, with a hands-on role in creating and updating visual assets such as decks, mockups, presentation materials, and social media posting assets (images and videos). This role works closely with internal teams to support research, coordination, and day-to-day execution, while helping ensure timely delivery of sponsorship programs across both on-site activations and digital campaigns.Key Responsibilities :
Create and update sponsorship decks and visual materials with strong attention to design and layout Conduct research, case studies, and social media monitoring to support partnership initiatives Track timelines and support coordination of sponsorship deliverables across teams Assist with preparation of materials and internal documentation as needed Respond to ad hoc requests and support time-sensitive tasks in a fast-paced environment Assist with on-site support at sponsorship events (e.g., KCON LA), including sponsor communication and activation monitoring Handle/manage other projects and tasks as neededPreferred Qualifications:
1-2+ years of experience in marketing, partnerships, or a related field Strong proficiency in presentation and visual design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Figma) Strong research and social media monitoring skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Passion for K-pop and the K-entertainment industry Professional proficiency in Korean preferredSimilar jobs in Los Angeles, CA
