We are seeking a creative, and saavy social media wiz to help drive the social media strategy and content efforts of the organization. This is an in-house position based in Los Angeles. We're looking for someone who lives and breathes social media, understands digital storytelling, and is passionate about creating content that connects with audiences. Working closely with the Media and Content Lead, this individual will contribute to the strategic development and execution of content across social media, product launches, athlete partnerships, events, and brand campaigns. What You'll Do Content Creation & Social Media Marketing Proven ability to plan, create, and publish engaging social media content that drives audience growth, engagement, and measurable results. Strong portfolio showcasing high-performing, results-driven social media campaigns and content for consumer brands. Exceptional writing skills with experience developing compelling copy for social media, email newsletters, blog articles, product launches, and integrated marketing campaigns. Proactive self-starter with hands-on experience leading photo and video shoots, from content strategy and pre-production planning to on-site execution and asset capture. Collaborate with internal teams, athletes, influencers, and creative partners to develop fresh content ideas and campaigns. Support product launches and seasonal marketing initiatives through content creation and campaign execution. Social Media Management Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and optimization across all social media platforms. Develop and execute content calendars aligned with brand goals and key business initiatives. Monitor social trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to identify opportunities for relevant content. Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and community interactions in a timely and authentic manner. Help grow brand awareness, audience engagement, and social media performance through strategic content planning. Brand Communications & Partnerships Assist in managing relationships and communications with athletes, influencers, ambassadors, and brand partners. Coordinate product seeding, content requests, and partnership deliverables. Monitor brand mentions, media coverage, and social conversations to help track brand visibility and sentiment. Support public relations efforts through communication and content development. Events & Activations Support the planning and execution of events, tournaments, product launches, and brand activations throughout the year. Assist with event logistics, promotional materials, apparel coordination, and on-site content capture. Coordinate communications with athletes, influencers, vendors, and partners during activations and media events. Analytics & Reporting Track and analyze social media, email, and campaign performance metrics. Prepare reports and provide recommendations to improve future content and marketing efforts. Monitor competitor activity, industry trends, and emerging platforms to inform content strategy and decision-making. What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, communications, or content creation. Passion for sports, with tennis industry knowledge considered a strong plus. Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with the ability to adapt messaging across different platforms and audiences. Deep understanding of major social media platforms, including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X. Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut, or similar creative tools preferred. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and external partners. Portfolio demonstrating content creation, creative thinking, and social media expertise.
