Duties Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals, utilizing platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. Create engaging multimedia content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using Adobe Creative Suite tools like Photoshop and Illustrator. Manage daily social media activities using tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, monitor engagement, and analyze performance metrics through Google Analytics and web analytics tools. Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activity; respond promptly to comments, messages, and reviews to foster community relationships. Coordinate with public relations teams to ensure brand consistency across all channels; support branding initiatives through creative content and campaign execution. Optimize content for SEO by conducting keyword research and integrating relevant hashtags; enhance visibility through Facebook Advertising campaigns. Track campaign performance using web analytics and adjust strategies accordingly to maximize reach and engagement. Experience Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong portfolio demonstrating successful campaigns. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; basic video editing skills are a plus. Familiarity with social listening tools and social media management platforms like Hootsuite or Buffer. Knowledge of SEO best practices, Google Analytics, keyword research, and web analytics tools. Experience in content creation including photography, video editing, proofreading, and storytelling for diverse audiences. Strong understanding of branding principles, public relations strategies, and relationship management within digital spaces. Ability to analyze data insights to inform strategic decisions; experience with e-commerce platforms is advantageous.
