Job Description

Job Overview This role will be responsible for managing the social media for Let's Talk Dirty Laundry. In addition to traditional business social media, there is a huge opportunity for influencer status in the laundromat market. We are seeking an individual who sees the power of the brand to take it to the next level. Duties Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies aligned with brand goals to increase reach, engagement, and conversions. Create, curate, and manage high-quality content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts that reflect the brand voice. Monitor social listening tools to track brand sentiment, industry trends, and customer feedback, ensuring timely responses and reputation management. Manage daily social media activities across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others using tools like Hootsuite or Buffer. Optimize content for SEO by incorporating relevant keywords and hashtags to improve discoverability. Analyze web analytics and social media metrics using Google Analytics and platform insights to measure campaign performance and inform future strategies. Oversee paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other platforms to maximize reach and ROI. Design visually appealing graphics using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, or Adobe Creative Suite to support marketing initiatives. Conduct regular social media audits to refine content strategies and ensure alignment with branding standards. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices to keep the brand at the forefront of social media innovation. Skills Proven experience in social media management with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. Expertise in social listening tools and web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics. Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite. Skilled in video editing techniques for creating engaging multimedia content. Knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research strategies to enhance content visibility. Familiarity with social media marketing tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling and analytics tracking. Strong understanding of public relations principles to manage brand reputation effectively. Ability to craft compelling content tailored for diverse audiences across multiple channels. Experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising or similar platforms. Excellent proofreading skills ensuring all content is accurate and aligned with branding guidelines. Strong relationship management skills to engage with influencers, partners, and community members effectively. Ability to analyze data insights from web analytics tools to optimize ongoing campaigns.
Pay:
$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
