We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Facebook Marketing Specialist to join our team in Delray Beach, FL. This position is ideal for a marketing professional with a strong background in healthcare advertising, Meta campaign management, and digital lead generation. Position Overview The Facebook Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns focused on promoting healthcare services and driving patient engagement. The ideal candidate will have proven experience marketing within the healthcare industry, strong knowledge of Meta advertising platforms, and the ability to manage and allocate large advertising budgets across multiple campaigns and service lines. This individual will play a critical role in generating leads, improving campaign performance, maximizing return on investment (ROI), and supporting the company's overall growth initiatives. Key Responsibilities Create, launch, manage, and optimize Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns through Meta Ads Manager Develop strategic digital marketing campaigns to promote healthcare services and drive patient inquiries Manage and allocate large advertising budgets effectively across multiple campaigns, audiences, and objectives Monitor campaign performance daily and make data-driven adjustments to improve ROI and lead quality Conduct audience targeting, retargeting, and demographic research to maximize campaign effectiveness Generate comprehensive Meta ROI reporting, performance analytics, and conversion tracking reports for leadership Analyze KPIs including cost per lead, conversion rates, ROAS, engagement metrics, and campaign attribution Collaborate with leadership and internal departments to align marketing strategies with organizational goals Write compelling ad copy and coordinate creative assets for digital campaigns Stay up to date on Meta platform updates, advertising trends, and healthcare marketing best practices Assist with broader digital marketing and brand awareness initiatives as needed Qualifications Required experience in healthcare marketing, healthcare advertising, or behavioral healthcare marketing Strong hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager and Meta advertising platforms Proven experience managing large advertising budgets and allocating funds strategically across campaigns Experience generating comprehensive ROI reporting and campaign performance analytics within Meta platforms Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy, lead generation, audience targeting, and conversion optimization Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic campaign decisions based on performance metrics Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred Recent graduates with significant healthcare marketing internship or hands-on Meta advertising experience may also be considered Preferred Skills Experience with Facebook Pixel, conversion APIs, and tracking implementation Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing reporting tools Experience with lead generation funnels and conversion-focused advertising strategies Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and ethical advertising practices
