Develop creative content ideas that align with marketing campaigns and brand messaging to attract and retain audience interest. Manage social media accounts by posting updates, responding to comments, and fostering a positive online community. Collect data during streams to analyze viewer engagement metrics and optimize future content strategies. Conduct product demos to highlight features and benefits, encouraging viewer interaction and sales inquiries. Collaborate with marketing teams to plan event marketing initiatives, special promotions, or themed broadcasts to boost visibility. Provide excellent customer service by addressing viewer questions promptly and professionally during live sessions. Qualifications Proven experience in food service or customer-facing roles is a plus, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to public speak confidently in front of a camera. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to connect with diverse audiences effectively.
