$20/hour About the Role We're looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Social Media & Client Scheduling Assistant to work on-site at our Stuart office. This role focuses on responding to social media and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) inquiries and scheduling prospective clients for our free hitting session. This is not a sales role — your job is to respond quickly, communicate clearly, and book appointments accurately. Responsibilities Respond to incoming inquiries from Instagram, Facebook, and Meta ads Answer basic questions from parents and athletes Schedule clients for free hitting sessions using our booking system Follow simple scripts and booking guidelines Maintain fast response times and professional communication Work closely with our operations and training team on-site Requirements Must be able to work on-site in Stuart, FL Available Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM Comfortable using Instagram, Facebook, and messaging platforms Strong written communication skills Organized, punctual, and reliable Experience with customer service, social media DMs, or scheduling is a plus (not required) What We Offer $20/hour Consistent weekday schedule Clear systems, scripts, and training provided Opportunity to grow within a fast-growing sports performance company
