Role:
Join Visojuve Inc as a Client Specialist/Social Media Manager and be the voice of our brand! In this dynamic role, you will engage with clients and manage our social media presence, driving our mission to connect and inspire. Client Specialists provide top customer service in all forms.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement social media strategies to enhance brand visibility. Engage with clients through various channels, providing exceptional customer support. Create and curate compelling content for social media platforms. Monitor social media trends and analyze engagement metrics. Collaborate with marketing teams to align campaigns with client needs. Respond to client inquiries and feedback in a timely manner. Assist in organizing client events and promotional activities. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and tools. Understands all retail products Greet and welcome clients in a professional, warm manner Ensure a luxury, personalized patient experience from check-in to check-out Answer questions about treatments, pricing, memberships, and promotion Follow up with clients after treatments to ensure satisfaction Build long-term relationships with clients to encourage retention Scheduling & Administrative Support Manage appointment scheduling and confirmations Monitor provider schedules and optimize booking efficiency Coordinate consultations and treatment appointments Process payments and maintain accurate client records Assist with intake forms, consent forms, and documentation equirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in client management or social media marketing. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in social media platforms and analytics tools. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Positive attitude and a customer-first approach.
