$55,000 - $60,000 annually, plus comprehensive benefits Fully onsite in
Buford, GA Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly proactive and relationship-driven Social Media Engagement Specialist to help grow brand awareness, build meaningful connections, and generate qualified leads through Instagram. This is a fully onsite position based in Buford, GA, focused on community building, direct outreach, and nurturing conversations—not content creation or paid advertising. The ideal candidate is confident initiating conversations, understands social media behavior, and excels at building authentic relationships that convert into business opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
Proactively engage with target audiences on Instagram through direct messages, comments, and account interactions Build relationships with high-value individuals, enthusiasts, collectors, and luxury lifestyle audiences Identify and connect with potential buyers, brand advocates, and strategic partners Foster ongoing conversations that increase brand awareness, trust, and interest Qualify leads based on engagement and buying intent before transitioning warm leads to the appropriate internal team Maintain accurate records of outreach, engagement activity, conversations, and lead generation efforts Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to align messaging, audience targeting, and campaign priorities Monitor social media trends, audience behavior, and engagement opportunities to maximize results
Qualifications:
Proven experience in social media engagement, community management, sales, or relationship-building Strong understanding of Instagram, including engagement strategies and platform best practices Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable with proactive outreach and initiating conversations with prospective clients Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously Sales-minded with the ability to identify, nurture, and qualify potential buyers Passion for automotive, luxury, or lifestyle brands is highly preferred About the
