Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and creative Social Media Specialist to elevate our residential new construction and rental company's online presence across multiple digital platforms. In this role, you will create compelling content, develop innovative campaigns, and engage with our community to foster strong relationships and boost brand awareness. Your expertise in social media marketing, graphic design, and digital analytics will drive impactful strategies that resonate with diverse audiences. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our digital voice and contribute to our overall marketing success. Responsibilities Develop and implement dynamic social media strategies aligned with brand objectives across multiple platforms. Create engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts. Manage social media scheduling and publishing. Monitor social listening channels to gather insights on audience sentiment, trends, and competitor activity; utilize findings to refine campaigns. Analyze web analytics and social media metrics to measure campaign performance and optimize future efforts. Collaborate to enhance brand reputation through strategic communication initiatives. Oversee advertising campaigns. Proofread all content for accuracy, clarity, and branding consistency before publication. Skills Proficiency in social media management tools. Strong graphic design skills. Experience with video editing software for creating compelling multimedia content. Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, web analytics, and Google Analytics for performance tracking. Ability to craft engaging content tailored for diverse audiences across multiple platforms. Excellent relationship management skills. Familiarity with public relations strategies to enhance brand reputation online. Understanding of social listening techniques to monitor brand sentiment and industry trends. Experience managing advertising campaigns. Experience with Real Estate Marketing a plus. Strong proofreading skills ensuring all content aligns with branding standards. An eye for design, passion for digital marketing, creativity and innovated ideas are a must. Degree in Business Management or Marketing required. Experience required.
