Job Description

•Experience Required About Get Found First Get Found First is a premier digital marketing agency and Google Premier Partner. We're built on a simple idea: strategic, data-driven marketing drives real business growth. We're expanding our paid media team and looking for a seasoned Paid Social Strategist who's ready to own campaigns, lead strategy, and grow with us. Role Overview We're seeking a proven professional with deep expertise in paid social advertising—primarily Meta. You'll strategically plan and execute campaigns from beginning to end, but this role goes beyond day-to-day management. You'll shape GFF's paid social approach across the agency, collaborate with account managers and Google Ads strategists to build integrated campaigns, and have a direct voice in our leadership decisions. Key Responsibilities Strategically plan and execute paid social campaigns from beginning to end on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc. Build and optimize campaign structures, audiences, retargeting, and conversion tracking. Run continuous A/B testing across audiences, creative, bids, and placements—and act on what you learn. Monitor performance and deliver actionable insights that drive strategic decisions. Communicate campaign performance and strategic recommendations to clients and internal teams in clear, compelling ways that build trust and drive alignment. Partner with account managers and Google Ads specialists to align cross-channel strategies and deepen client results. Help grow GFF's paid social practice and contribute directly to agency strategy. Qualifications Minimum of three plus of hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns on Meta. Proven track record in scaling campaigns and improving return on ad spend. Expert-level knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, pixels, and conversion API. Strong analytics skills and comfort with GA4 and data interpretation. Skilled in audience targeting (lookalikes, retargeting, offline/customer listuploads) and lead generation campaigns—including Instant Forms, website leadoptimization, and e-commerce; experience managing large budgets ($50K+) andpulling insights from reporting tools like Looker is a plus. Experience managing multiple client accounts in an agency setting. Excellent communication skills—able to translate data and strategy into clear recommendations for both clients and cross-functional teams. Comfortablediscussing campaign performance and identifying opportunities to deepen clientrelationships through expanded social strategies. Collaborative mindset and comfort working across teams and with leadership. Must be comfortable working with video and design teams and delivering clearbriefs and learnings.
