With a strong presence across the Northwest, we pride ourselves on integrity, innovation, and community engagement.•Overview•Full-Time | On-site We are seeking a dedicated, kind, and capable Social Media & Online Reputation Specialist to collaborate with our team in the management of dealership and manufacturer marketing campaigns for our diverse group of car dealerships; including Acura, Audi, BMW, Buick, Cadillac, Chevrolet, Chrysler, Dodge, Ford, GMC, Honda, Hyundai, INFINITI, Jeep, KIA, Lexus, Lincoln, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, Nissan, Porsche, RAM, Sprinter, Subaru, Toyota, and Volkswagen. This role is ideal for someone who genuinely cares about helping people, enjoys creating and sharing engaging content, and is flexible and supportive in a team environment.•Job Scope•The primary responsibility is to support our dealerships and Kendall Cares representatives in delivering exceptional service to our customers and communities. Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and online reviews Create posts in alignment with manufacturer guidelines Ensure compliance with brand and creative standards Manage and publish social media content Monitor and enhance the company's online reputation Support community outreach and engagement initiatives Create, publish, and distribute monthly newsletters Update and maintain online blog content•Experience•
Required:
Positive attitude and strong with ethic Highly organized with the ability to meet deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environmentPreferred:
2+ years of experience in social media management, customer service, or reputation management Experience with marketing communications or project management Familiarity with social media platforms, review management tools, and analytics dashboards Automotive industry experience Co-Op experience is a plusEducation:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience•Tools & Platforms•Familiarity with the following is preferred: Reputation management platforms Microsoft Word, Excel & Outlook Adobe Photoshop and/or Canva Meta Ads Manager & Meta Business Suite Google Business Profile (Listings) Email marketing platforms Working conditions are primarily indoors spending up to full work shift working on PC, standing and/or walking for short distances throughout work shift.
