We're looking for a Front Desk Coordinator who is warm, reliable, detail-oriented, and takes pride in creating a great first and last impression for every guest. This role is perfect for someone who loves hospitality, thrives in a busy environment, and enjoys being the heartbeat of the salon. Greet guests with warmth and professionalism (in person + phone) Manage scheduling, confirmations, and guest flow with accuracy Check guests in and out; handle payments and retail support Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk area Communicate clearly with service providers to keep the day running smoothly Support retail sales and guest education Assist with basic salon marketing, including: Posting on social media (Instagram, TikTok & all availble platforms) Helping create or support promotional emails regulrly (We use Canva) Handle guest concerns calmly and professionally Be a positive, reliable team player who supports salon culture What We're Looking For Strong hospitality and communication skills Organized, detail-oriented, and dependable Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment Calm under pressure with a positive attitude Professional appearance and punctuality Team-first mindset and growth mentality Basic skills in social media posting and supporting promotional emails Previous salon, spa, or hospitality experience is a plus (but not required)
