The role focuses on staying current with emerging trends, using social media tools effectively, and contributing to campaigns that build audience connection.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and schedule engaging posts tailored to different social platforms and audience segments.
- Monitor day-to-day social activity, respond appropriately to trends, and help maintain a consistent brand presence.
- Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns designed to increase reach and engagement.
- Use social media management and analytics tools to track content performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Research platform updates, audience behavior, and industry developments to inform content recommendations.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather content ideas and align messaging with broader marketing goals.
- Review campaign results and prepare clear performance summaries with actionable insights.
- Help maintain content calendars and ensure timely delivery of approved social materials. Requirements
- Experience supporting social media content development for business or brand channels.
- Working knowledge of major social platforms and how content should be adapted for each one.
- Familiarity with social media tools used for scheduling, publishing, monitoring, and reporting.
- Understanding of current social media trends and emerging best practices.
- Ability to contribute to campaign execution with strong attention to timing, detail, and brand consistency.
- Strong written communication skills and an eye for engaging digital content.
- Comfortable analyzing performance metrics and applying insights to improve future content.
