Social Media Specialist

RecPro is looking for a talented social media specialist to join our team! The ideal candidate will be proficient in various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, and have basic knowledge of social media analytics tools and metrics. Responsibilities Assist with designing and implementing social media strategies Generate, edit, publish and share engaging content daily (e.g. original text, photos, videos and news) Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries on social media channels Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions Conduct research and stay up-to-date with current industry trends and social media best practices Collaborate with influencers including reaching out to make new relationships with influencers for the brand Work with other members of the marketing team to ensure consistency in brand messaging Requirements Ability to deliver creative content (text, image and video). Basic knowledge of social media analytics tools and metrics Creative mindset and enthusiasm for marketing Fast learner with a proactive approach to problem-solving Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to work independently and as part of a team Familiarity with popular social media platforms Comfortable on camera Preferred Qualifications & Skills Previous experience in social media, digital marketing, or a related field is a plus but not required Associate degree (Preferred, not required) At least 1 year of marketing experience (Preferred, not required)
