Full Job Description Position Overview:
We are seeking a creative and organized Social Media & Marketing Assistant who can also provide general office support. This hybrid role is ideal for someone who enjoys both digital marketing and hands-on administrative work in a healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Marketing:
Create, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.) Develop engaging, educational, and brand-aligned posts related to fertility health Monitor social media engagement and respond to comments/messages professionally Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and promotions Assist with product distribution from global sales formats: i.e. FTI, Inc., Website, FaceBook Marketplace, Amazon, eBay. Track analytics and suggest improvements based on performance from ads, email campaigns, and Reproductive product sales. Coordinate with providers to highlight services, success stories, and patient education, medical product sales leads.
Office Support:
Greet patients and provide a welcoming front-desk experience Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage calendars Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality (HIPAA compliance) Assist with general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, supply management, Reproductive product distribution from eCommerce links. Support clinic staff with day-to-day operations
Qualifications:
Experience in social media management or digital marketing preferred Strong written and verbal communication skills Comfortable discussing sensitive health topics with professionalism and empathy Highly organized with attention to detail Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency with social media tools, Canva, or similar design platforms is a plus Previous experience in a medical or healthcare office is a bonus but not required
