Social Media Content Specialist Fig & Dove Baton Rouge, LA Job Details Full-time $42,000 - $48,000 a year 1 day ago Benefits Paid time off Qualifications Teamwork Bachelor's degree TikTok Facebook Instagram Time management Full Job Description Job Summary Fig & Dove is seeking a creative, organized, and highly motivated Social Media Content Specialist to support the growth of our luxury home and lifestyle brand across digital platforms. This role is much more than social media management — it is centered around content creation, visual storytelling, campaign execution, and helping bring the Fig & Dove brand to life across all channels. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for aesthetics, enjoys both creativity and execution, and thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This position works closely with the Director of Brand & Marketing and plays a key role in content planning, photoshoots, social media growth, campaign support, affiliate marketing efforts, and day-to-day brand storytelling. We are looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and excited to help grow a visually driven ecommerce brand. Duties & Responsibilities Develop and execute social media content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, LTK, ShopMy, and additional digital platforms Create engaging content including Reels, Stories, graphics, photography, and written captions aligned with the Fig & Dove brand aesthetic Assist in planning and executing photoshoots, including content concepts, shot lists, styling support, hooks, and creative direction Help maximize content capture during shoot days to create assets across multiple platforms and campaigns Edit short-form video content using platforms such as CapCut, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools Plan, schedule, and publish content while maintaining organized content calendars and asset libraries Manage daily engagement and community interaction across social platforms Monitor social media trends, platform performance, and audience engagement to help guide future content decisions Assist with influencer gifting, affiliate partnerships, ShopMy/LTK management, giveaways, collaborations, and community-building efforts Support product launches, seasonal campaigns, and marketing initiatives through content execution and rollout Assist with occasional Shopify updates, blog publishing, website content updates, and marketing support as needed Track analytics and performance insights to help improve engagement, growth, and content effectiveness Ensure all content aligns with brand standards, visual consistency, and overall storytelling direction Qualifications & Skills Strong interest in social media marketing, content creation, branding, and visual storytelling Strong eye for aesthetics, design, and elevated lifestyle content Experience creating and editing short-form video content for social media platforms Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, Lightroom, or similar creative tools Familiarity with platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, LTK, ShopMy, Shopify, or Klaviyo is a plus Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn Strong attention to detail and ability to execute consistently within established brand guidelines What We're Looking For Someone who enjoys both creative work and structured execution Someone who can take ideas from concept to execution efficiently Someone excited by content creation, brand growth, and digital marketing Someone who understands the importance of consistency, organization, and follow-through Someone who thrives in collaborative environments while also working independently when needed Someone who is excited by home, lifestyle, styling, and luxury brand content Why Fig & Dove At Fig & Dove, we value creativity, intentionality, collaboration, and growth.
