SOCIAL MEDIA SPECIALIST (FLUENT PORTUGUESE & ENGLISH)

We are looking for a creative, organized, fast-paced, and strategic Social Media Specialist to join our marketing team in Massachusetts. If you understand social media, content creation, short-form videos, trends, and how to capture attention online, we want to talk to you.

REQUIREMENTS

Must speak fluent Portuguese Must speak fluent English Must live in Massachusetts Must be legally authorized to work in the United States In-person / hybrid position depending on the role

Responsibilities:

Create, edit, and post content for social media platforms Work with Instagram, Facebook (Meta), TikTok, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, and X Upload videos, organize content, and manage posting schedules Help create strategies for organic growth and engagement Participate in content shoots and video production when needed Work closely with the marketing and branding team Stay updated on trends, hooks, and content formats that generate attention and engagement

What We're Looking For:

Proactive and fast-moving mindset Strong understanding of social media platforms Experience with content creation and short-form video editing Organized and able to execute quickly Growth-oriented mindset Interest in AI, automation, and modern marketing tools

Bonus Skills:

Experience with CapCut, Canva, Adobe, Meta Business Suite, or AI tools Experience filming and producing content Strong portfolio of social media accounts or video work Experience using AI tools for content creation, research, automation, and idea generation Experience with Claude, ChatGPT, or advanced AI workflows Experience with AI agents, automations, or prompt engineering Advanced knowledge of Claude Code or AI-assisted content and marketing workflows is a major plus

Compensation:

Starting at $21 to $40 per hour, depending on experience and skill level.
