Part-Time Summer Position (Potential for Long-Term Opportunity) Dune Jewelry is looking for a highly organized, dependable, creative, and proactive Executive, Social Media & Personal Assistant to support our founder and growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and isn't afraid to jump in wherever needed. No two days are the same. Responsibilities Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling Assist with email correspondence and follow-up Order supplies, gifts, and miscellaneous business needs Maintain spreadsheets and basic reporting Assist with social media content planning and organization Create, edit, and schedule social media content Monitor social media comments and messages, and help facilitate customer engagement Capture behind-the-scenes content in the studio and at events Assist with short-form video creation for Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Research products, vendors, travel arrangements, and special projects Help coordinate projects, events, and day-to-day operations Provide general administrative and personal assistant support Qualifications Organized and detail-oriented Strong communication skills Comfortable with Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and basic office software Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and social media trends Comfortable taking photos and videos with a smartphone Tech-savvy and quick to learn Self-motivated and resourceful Positive attitude and willingness to help wherever needed About You You're reliable, adaptable, and enjoy checking things off a to-do list. You love social media, are comfortable creating content, and can spot a great story or moment worth capturing. You appreciate travel, meaningful experiences, and sentimental moments, and you're excited by the opportunity to work inside a growing entrepreneurial company. This is a part-time summer position based in our Norwood studio, with the potential to evolve into a longer-term role for the right person. Perfect for a college student, recent graduate, or someone looking to gain hands-on experience in social media, marketing, and business operations.
Pay:
