PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Supports day-to-day operations on designated accounts to activate and manage social and digital campaigns and programs effectively. Collaborates on the creation and implementation of compelling and on-brand content for various social media platforms, ensuring consistency and relevance Monitors social media trends in order to inform strategic recommendations. Social listening reporting via the Talkwalker tool in order to provide clients with brand surround sound conversations to inform future recommendations. Collaborates with cross-functional internal teams including brand strategy, media, data & analytics, client experience and project management. Manage cross-functional internal workflows amongst brand strategy, media, data & analytics, client experience and project management. Experiment with AI and new tools to work smarter and more efficiently. Own accountability for learning and applying tools. Share fresh ideas; speak up if something could be improved. Be accountable for acting when you see opportunities to improve. Support client communication in partnership with the Experience Strategy Director.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, & ABILITIES REQUIRED
Bachelor's Degree Entry Level (or 0-1 years' experience) Familiarity with digital and social media management systems such as Khoros/Sprinklr, Meltwater/Talkwalker, Ad Manager and Creative Hub. Collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. #LI-Hybrid $45,000-$55,000/year plus overtime salary dependent upon experience & education imre is an equal employment opportunity employer.
