This is an ideal position for a high-school or college student studying marketing, communications, psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field who wants hands-on experience creating meaningful content.

Location:

Ann Arbor, MI (in-person)

Hours:

Approximately 10 hours/week with flexible scheduling

Pay:

$18-$20/hour What You'll Do Create engaging social media posts for TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms Turn blog posts, videos, and therapist ideas into engaging graphics, reels, and short-form content Take photos and short videos around the office Help brainstorm mental health awareness campaigns Monitor comments and notify staff of messages requiring responses Track basic engagement metrics Stay current on social media trends while maintaining our professional voice Qualifications We're looking for someone who: Is passionate about mental health and reducing stigma Has excellent writing and communication skills Is creative and enjoys storytelling Has experience using Canva Is familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn Is mature, organized, and dependable Can maintain confidentiality and professionalism Can work independently after training Bonus Qualifications Photography or videography experience Experience editing short-form videos Graphic design experience Experience managing social media for a club, nonprofit, or small business Please visit Deepwater Counseling at deepwatermichigan dot com to see if you think you'd be a good fit with our culture and values.
