Position Overview As 3DXTECH continues to expand its marketing efforts, we are seeking a part-time Social Media Specialist to support our digital presence and audience engagement. This role is ideal for a college student or early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing, content creation, and brand development. This is a temporary summer position with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs. The Social Media Specialist will work closely with the Content and Brand Manager to execute day-to-day social media activities, maintain a consistent posting schedule, and actively engage with our audience. This position plays a key role in building brand awareness, strengthening community engagement, and supporting the execution of our broader marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities Social Media Management Schedule and publish content across all platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and TikTok Maintain a consistent posting cadence (approximately 7 posts per week across platforms) Monitor social channels daily and respond to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely manner Content Creation Support Assist in creating social media graphics and short-form video content Collaborate with the Content and Brand Manager on content planning and execution Help capture and edit content for social media campaigns and day-to-day posts Community Engagement Actively engage with followers by responding, commenting, and participating in relevant conversations Interact with tagged posts and industry-related content to increase visibility Support efforts to grow audience engagement and brand awareness Content Planning & Coordination Work alongside the Content and Brand Manager to maintain a structured content calendar Help brainstorm and execute creative campaign ideas Ensure content aligns with brand voice and messaging guidelines General Marketing Support Assist with additional marketing projects as needed, including events, campaigns, and internal initiatives Preferred Experience Content creation and planning. Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Lightroom) Social Medial Platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, etc…) Social Media Content Planner (ex: Sprout Social, Planable) Video editing software
