ABOUT THE ROLE

The Yard Gym is looking for a Front of House team member who is the first face our members see every morning — and the voice of our brand on Instagram. This role blends genuine hospitality with real content creation skills. If you love fitness, have an eye for great content, and take pride in creating an exceptional first impression, we want to hear from you.

CONTENT CREATION

(Primary Focus)

• Shoot and edit weekly Instagram grid posts that reflect The Yard Gym brand
• Produce daily Instagram Stories — behind-the-scenes, member moments, facility highlights
• Capture high-quality photo and video content during your shift
• Maintain a consistent visual identity across all content
• Stay current on Instagram trends and bring fresh ideas to the team .

FRONT OF HOUSE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet every member at the door with energy and warmth
• Handle membership changes, questions, and account updates
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming lobby at all times
• Stock towels and member amenities throughout your shift
• Answer phone calls professionally and with confidence .

YOU'RE A GREAT FIT IF YOU

• Have hands-on experience creating Instagram content — grid posts, Reels, and Stories
• Know your way around a camera and basic editing tools (CapCut)
• Are a morning person — early shifts are a core part of this role
• Live a healthy, active lifestyle and genuinely connect with fitness culture
• Are comfortable on the phone and confident communicating with members
• Take initiative and don't need to be micromanaged to keep things looking great .

• Experience in a gym, health club, or fitness environment
• A personal Instagram or content portfolio you can share
• Customer service or front desk background .
