This role sits at the intersection of content, community, and collaboration-leading social storytelling across platforms while identifying and managing partnerships that authentically extend the brand.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Execution & Content ManagementExecute the social media content strategy across priority platforms, ensuring consistency in brand voice, tone, and visual identityManage daytoday social operations, including content calendars, posting, and coordination with creative and agency partnersSupport social storytelling for campaigns, product launches, tentpole moments, and evergreen contentWork crossfunctionally with agencies, content teams, paid media, PR, and brand teams to ensure aligned execution across channelsMonitor trends, platform updates, and cultural moments to inform content recommendationsBrand Partnerships & ActivationsSupport and manage select brand partnerships that align with brand values and marketing objectivesCoordinate partnership execution, including social content development, timelines, approvals, and publishingAct as a daytoday liaison between internal stakeholders and external partnersEnsure all partnership content and activations adhere to brand guidelines and campaign goalsCreator & Influencer SupportInitiate and execute creator and influencer collaborations tied to social and partnership initiativesLead briefing materials, content reviews, and oversee asset deliveryAlong with agency partners, track creator content performance and support reporting and optimizationPerformance Tracking & OptimizationMonitor social performance metrics including engagement, reach, and audience growthCompile performance recaps and insights to share with internal teamsUse learnings to optimize future content and partnership executionAgency & Workflow ManagementSupport the management of agency partners and content workflowsEnsure deliverables are onbrief, onbrand, and delivered on timeAssist with budget tracking and project coordination Location(s) 1000 Chrysler Drive, Auburn Hills, Michigan 48326,United States Requirements Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field3 + years of experience in social media, digital marketing, brand marketing, or partnershipsExperience working with agencies or external partnersStrong understanding of social platforms, content formats, and creator cultureExperience supporting or executing brand partnerships or influencer activationsExcellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong written and verbal communication skillsPreferred Qualifications:
