Ink Tees Custom T-Shirts - Novi, MI Ink Tees Custom T-Shirts is looking for an entry-level team member to join our growing custom apparel shop in Novi. This is a great opportunity for someone creative, dependable, friendly, and interested in learning the custom t-shirt, embroidery, and apparel printing business. This position is a mix of graphic design, customer service, order taking, merchandising, production support, and social media .

Job Duties Responsibilities may include:

Greeting customers and helping them with custom apparel orders Taking customer orders in-store, by phone, and online Assisting with basic graphic design and artwork setup Helping prepare designs for t-shirts, embroidery, and other apparel Creating product mockups and customer proofs Assisting with production tasks such as printing, organizing garments, folding, packaging, and quality checking orders Helping merchandise the showroom and keep displays organized Posting and assisting with social media content Taking photos/videos of products, finished orders, and behind-the-scenes production Communicating with customers about order details, approvals, and timelines Keeping the store clean, organized, and professional Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Friendly, outgoing, reliable, and professional Creative and detail-oriented Comfortable talking with customers Willing to learn apparel printing and production Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Interested in graphic design, fashion, printing, marketing, or small business Comfortable using computers and basic design tools Active or familiar with social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Experience No professional experience is required. We are willing to train the right person. Experience with any of the following is a plus, but not required: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDraw, or other design software Customer service or retail Social media content creation Apparel, embroidery, screen printing, or t-shirt printing Photography or video content Schedule Part-time or full-time available depending on experience and availability. About Ink Tees Ink Tees Custom T-Shirts is a locally owned custom apparel shop in Novi, Michigan. We help customers create custom t-shirts, embroidery, screen printing, business apparel, school spirit wear, team uniforms, gifts, and more. This is a hands-on role with room to learn, grow, and be part of a creative local business.

Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour
