Who You Are:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for managing and optimizing direct-to-consumer marketing campaigns designed to generate seminar registrations and qualified leads. This role requires hands-on experience with paid social media, campaign optimization, creative development, audience engagement, and marketing analytics. The ideal candidate understands how to build compelling consumer marketing campaigns that drive action and improve conversion performance. Interpret marketing data, identify trends, evaluate KPIs, and use insights to improve campaign performance and marketing strategy.
How You'll Contribute:
Manage and optimize direct-to-consumer digital marketing campaigns across channels like Facebook/Meta, Nextdoor, Email, Direct Mail and more Develop and execute audience targeting strategies focused on consumer engagement and lead conversion Monitor campaign performance and optimization based on key metrics Conduct A/B testing on creatives, messaging, offers, audiences, and landing pages Create compelling ad copy, promotional messaging, social content, graphics, and video concepts designed for consumer audiences Use BI dashboards and campaign reporting tools to interpret performance data and identify optimization opportunities Translate marketing data into actionable insights and performance recommendations Support expansion into additional DTC marketing channels including SEO, website optimization, automation, and consumer lead generation initiatives
What You'll Need:
3+ years of experience in digital marketing, performance marketing, or campaign management Strong experience in direct-to-consumer (DTC/B2C) marketing campaigns Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Facebook/Meta advertising campaigns Experience with consumer lead generation and conversion-focused marketing Understanding marketing analytics, KPI tracking, and campaign performance evaluation Experience using BI dashboards and reporting tools to make data-driven marketing decisions Strong copywriting and creative content development skills Experience developing or coordinating digital creative assets including ads, graphics, video, landing pages, and promotional content
