We are searching for a highly qualified Digital Content & Analyst Specialist to join the E-Switch team. In this role, you will use your communication, image editing, and web analytic skills to increase our audience engagement, primarily through blogging, creating content for our website, and contributing to our social media platforms. The position offers a variety of responsibilities and professional growth. This individual will contribute by assisting the Marketing Manager in the day-to-day activities to promote the E-Switch brand and support the sales channel and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have prior experience with a wide range of marketing functions and must be an organized multitasker able to handle many diverse projects at once and meet tight deadlines. What does this job look like daily? Manage the distribution of content through monthly e-newsletter, targeted campaigns, social media platforms

  • write relevant content for website blog, video scripts, sales collateral, industry articles and press releases. Drive SEO and SEM best practices, analyze performance indicators to measure and monitor effectiveness of created content. Research, collaborate with other departments and present content ideas and goals, pitch ideas to marketing team. Update website
  • post NPI series with video, upload certification documentation, revised datasheets, 3D models, and address error message items. Maintain health of website
  • monitor page ranking to improve content with keywords and meet audience readability level, remove toxic backlinks, and fix broken links.
Maintains Constant Contact database for marketing and assist with sales CRM platform. Produce sales/marketing presentations to support quarterly webinar, setup online customer meetings in cooperation with sales and marketing teams Support Marketing manager on all distribution channel efforts, public relations, research of competitive products, and on-going projects. Ideally familiar with common AI platforms and/or interested in growing into AI automations. Duties as assigned. Knowledge and Skills to be successful: AA or BA in Marketing, Mass Communication, Computer Science, Graphic Design, Journalism, English, Business or equivalent schooling and experience. 3-5 years' experience in marketing, content writing, SEO execution, and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns. Strong knowledge of website analytic tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush). Experience with marketing automations / Customer Insights (preferred). Experience with SEO and AEO (preferred). Experience with content management software
  • Word Press, website/landing page design and page optimization (preferred).
Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP, and JavaScript. Experience in Adobe Creative Suite® (Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Premiere Pro, Apple Final Cut Pro® or equivalent. Proficient in Canva®. Computer literacy with advanced usage skills of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Strong time management skills, self-motivations, marketing creativity, detail orientation, solution-orientation, commitment to meeting deadlines and ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
