$40,000 - $45,000 annual base + benefits + year-end bonus opportunity Position Summary We are seeking a creative and results-driven Digital Content Specialist to support continued company growth across a multi-location organization. This role is responsible for creating content, supporting digital advertising efforts, increasing local engagement, assisting with trade shows and events, and developing reporting that helps connect marketing activity to business outcomes. This is not a traditional social media role. We are looking for someone who can create, execute, analyze, and help build scalable marketing processes that support future growth. What You'll Do Digital Marketing & Advertising Support and manage digital advertising campaigns across platforms including Facebook and Instagram Assist with campaign planning and optimization Track performance and recommend improvements Content Creation Capture field activity, employee stories, customer experiences, and operational highlights Produce photo and video content Create and publish content across multiple locations Maintain and execute content calendars Analytics & Reporting Track campaign and content performance Build monthly reporting dashboards Measure engagement, lead activity, and campaign effectiveness Provide recommendations based on results Events & Trade Shows Assist with trade show planning and execution Capture event content Support promotional materials and follow-up initiatives Growth & Recruiting Support Create recruiting and employer branding content Support local marketing initiatives Assist locations with campaigns and promotions What Success Looks Like Within your first 90 days Establish a consistent content and publishing cadence Launch and support digital campaigns Build reporting processes Create a library of reusable content assets Support trade shows and local initiatives Improve visibility into marketing performance Long-term success metrics Leads generated Cost per lead Campaign performance Content production output Recruiting support Marketing ROI Qualifications Required 1-3 years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, advertising, communications, or related experience Experience creating content for social and digital platforms Comfortable capturing video and photography in field environments Strong organization and project management skills Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders Preferred Experience with Meta advertising platforms Video editing experience Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools Experience with analytics and reporting Trade show or event experience CRM and campaign tracking exposure Role is based out of our Fargo, ND location
