Starion Bank is looking for a Social Media Marketing Intern who lives for creativity, trends, and connecting with people online. This isnt just about scheduling posts; its about bringing our brand, culture, and community to life through engaging content.

What Youll DoYoull be hands-on from day one, working within a provided content framework while also helping us expand whats possible.

Create fun, engaging social media content including reels, stories, posts, and culture-driven contentBrainstorm and pitch fresh content ideas that reflect trends, community moments, and employee cultureCapture photos and videos in branches, at community events, and around the officeAssist with scheduling posts and managing social media calendarsMonitor engagement, trends, and performance, and help turn insights into better contentSupport campaigns, community highlights, sponsorships, and internal storytellingCollaborate closely with the marketing team and other departmentsLearn how to create content within the legal and compliance guidelines of the financial industry (well teach you!)Who You AreA creative thinker with a strong visual eye and love for storytellingComfortable on social platforms and excited about short-form videoOutgoing, collaborative, and not afraid to share ideasCurious, coachable, and eager to learn how marketing works in a regulated industryOrganized enough to work within a content structure, but creative enough to push it forwardA junior or senior pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, or a related field OR a recent grad looking for real-life experience.
