Student-Athletics Social Media Assistant

All we need is you. The opportunity Southern New Hampshire University's traditional campus is seeking a campus Athletics Social Media Assistant. This position will work with the Director of Athletics Communications and Senior Director, Communications on a number of social media activities that will promote campus athletics. Essential duties and responsibilities of this position include the following: Create content (written, photographic and video) for use on a variety of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube). Take photos and videos at campus athletics events. Participate in weekly social media brainstorming sessions and provide a recent student's perspective on athletics content that will resonate with the campus community. Assist in the creation of a Penmen Athletics TikTok account. Help to educate/train other students in carrying out social media duties to build the Penmen Athletics accounts Design flyers and social media graphics

Minimum Qualifications:

Full-time enrollment in an Undergraduate Day program Preference will be given to candidates with undergraduate degrees in Marketing, Art & Design, and Liberal Arts who are pursuing a graduate degree in a Marketing related field. Video editing skills is a major plus as is photography

Work Hours:

10 hours per week
