Job Description

WEI is seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Digital Content & Marketing Specialist to support and execute strategic digital marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, lead generation, customer engagement, and pipeline growth. This role will serve as a key resource for presentation development, digital marketing execution, sales enablement content, and digital content optimization initiatives. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing digital campaigns, optimizing content for modern search and answer engines, developing HubSpot workflows, supporting CRM and deal data management, and creating polished presentation materials for internal and customer-facing use. The position requires a proactive marketer who can independently manage projects while collaborating cross-functionally with sales, partner teams, and leadership. Key Responsibilities Presentation Design & Collaboration Develop and maintain professional PowerPoint presentations for sales enablement, executive presentations, partner initiatives, customer meetings, webinars, and internal communications. Transform technical and business concepts into visually compelling presentation materials aligned with WEI branding standards. Collaborate with sales, leadership, and technical teams to create presentation decks that support customer engagement and pipeline growth. Assist with presentation formatting, messaging consistency, and content updates across organizational materials. Digital Content, SEO & AEO Optimize content for both traditional search engine optimization (SEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to improve visibility in AI-driven search experiences and featured answers. This includes blogs and thought leadership landing pages. Conduct keyword and topic research to support organic search performance and thought leadership initiatives. Enhance content with CTAs, internal linking, metadata, structured formatting, and conversion-focused messaging. Monitor website and content performance using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and additional SEO tools. Provide and execute recommendations for optimization. HubSpot & Marketing Automation Build and manage workflows, forms, lists, email campaigns, and landing pages within HubSpot Marketing Hub Professional. Support sales and marketing operations through accurate deal data entry, lifecycle stage management, contact segmentation, and CRM hygiene. Create automated nurture and re-engagement campaigns to improve lead conversion and customer engagement. Assist with reporting dashboards and campaign attribution tracking within HubSpot. Google Ads & Paid Digital Campaigns Assist in the development, execution, and optimization of LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Ads (search, display, and YouTube). Monitor campaign performance metrics including CTR, CPC, conversions, and lead quality. Collaborate with company leadership on audience targeting, ad copy, keyword strategy, and campaign optimization recommendations. Support retargeting and digital advertising initiatives across additional paid platforms when needed. Social Media Management Manage and maintain WEI's rolling LinkedIn social media content calendar while aligning to WEI's priority IT solutions. Create engaging social content that promotes WEI thought leadership, company culture, technology partnerships, and industry insights. Monitor platform engagement and emerging digital trends to improve reach and performance. Utilize AI-assisted tools when appropriate to support content ideation and efficiency. Website & Digital Experience Build and maintain HubSpot landing pages and website content updates (WordPress) aligned with branding and AEO/SEO best practices. Ensure website content remains current, optimized, and aligned with campaign objectives. Support ongoing website enhancement initiatives focused on user experience and lead conversion. Video & YouTube Content Management Support the optimization of video content across digital platforms, including YouTube, Spotify for Podcasters, and Vidyard (content uploads, metadata optimization, playlists, thumbnails, captions, and channel organization). Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and transcripts to improve discoverability through SEO and AEO best practices. Monitor video engagement and performance analytics to identify opportunities for audience growth and content optimization. Required Skills & Experience Education and Professional Background Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent work experience. 3-4 years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably with industrial or technical product marketing. Must be an absolute expert at creating professional PowerPoint presentations. Must excel at graphic design. Demonstrated experience in online marketing, including website maintenance, email campaigns, online advertising, and social media management. Proficient within either HubSpot Marketing Hub Professional or Sales Hub Professional; including workflows, campaign management, and contact database maintenance. Proven ability to write, proofread, and edit B2B marketing content with strong attention to detail. Digital and Technical Skills Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams. Demonstrated capability to generate engaging marketing/sales content from ChatGPT, Claude, or Gemini. Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, InDesign). Experience in digital ad platforms such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager or Google Ads. Experience with marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and social media monitoring platforms is highly preferred. Core Competencies Exceptional organizational and project management skills, capable of setting priorities and managing multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment. Ability to manage project roadblocks and push initiatives forward efficiently. Ability to collaborate with internal teams while also working independently. Outstanding writing, editing, and communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and insights. High levels of creativity and design skills, coupled with a strong ability to think critically and solve problems effectively. Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and high levels of energy and enthusiasm. Interpersonal Skills Proven ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners. Cultural awareness and sensitivity, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and audiences. Other Requirements Availability for occasional business travel. No relocation offered.
