Social Media Specialist

Role PorpuseThe Social Media Specialist is responsible for overseeing the execution of social media across platforms, ensuring that content, calendars, and strategies are aligned with brand guidelines, campaign priorities, and business objectives.

You will act as the main point of coordination between internal teams and external agencies, ensuring that all relevant inputs (products, promotions, campaigns, messaging) are translated into effective social media content.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or related roles
• Strong experience managing or working closely with external agencies
• Solid understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Experience managing content calendars and multi-channel execution
• Strong ability to interpret performance metrics and translate insights into actions
• Experience with social media management and automation tools
• Strong organizational and project management skills
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and priorities
• Experience working cross-functionally with Marketing, PR, Customer Care, Product, or Corporate teams
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related fieldNice to Have

• Experience working with social media or creative agencies
