Job Description Join our fast-paced Keller Williams real estate office as a Director of First Impressions (DOFI) . We're hiring for a full-time administrative professional who is detail-oriented, client-focused, and confident in managing both front desk responsibilities and real estate office operations . This role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of front desk, receptionist, or administrative experience in a real estate office (or closely related professional office setting), along with hands-on experience managing or supporting social media. Responsibilities include front desk support, administrative coordination, client service, and consistent social media posting within a fast-paced real estate environment. You'll play a key role in both keeping the office running smoothly and maintaining an active, engaging social media presence. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist clients, agents, and visitors with a professional, welcoming demeanor Answer and transfer calls, monitor office email, and provide customer service support Maintain office supplies, manage mail/deliveries, and assist with new agent onboarding Manage and update office calendars, spreadsheets, and presentations Provide administrative support to the leadership team in a real estate office setting Help coordinate office meetings, trainings, and events Scheduling and posting pre-approved content to office social media accounts Required Skills & Experience 1+ year of experience in a real estate office, administrative assistant role, receptionist role, or customer service position Strong organizational and multitasking abilities — thrives in a fast-paced, professional office environment Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides, etc.) Friendly, approachable personality with a proactive, solutions-focused attitude Knowledge of social media posting and scheduling content on platforms Experience in Canva or similiar design tools to create marketing graphics Ability to balance social media responsibilities alongside administrative/front desk duties Preferred (but not required): Direct real estate office experience (supporting agents, transactions, or office operations)

$18.00/hour
Schedule:
Monday-Friday PTO included Location Somerset, NJ 08873 (Must be able to reliably commute)
