We are seeking someone who is passionate about beauty, haircare, social media trends, content creation, and brand storytelling.

This role is ideal for someone who understands both the creative and strategic side of social media and can bring fresh ideas while maintaining brand consistency. Responsibilities Manage and oversee all social media platforms including TikTok, TikTok Shop, Instagram, Facebook, and more Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across all channels Stay up to date with current social media trends, viral content, sounds, and platform updates Assist in content planning, shoot concepts, captions, and campaign execution Manage TikTok Shop content and promotional strategy Implement Promotions on Shopify Design graphics, social posts, and marketing materials using Canva or similar design platforms Create and send monthly email blasts using Klaviyo Assist with influencer outreach and collaborations Monitor analytics and engagement performance to optimize content strategy Maintain brand voice and visual consistency across all platforms Qualifications Experience managing social media accounts for a brand or business Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, TikTok Shop, Facebook, Shopify and emerging platforms Experience using Klaviyo for email marketing Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms Strong understanding of current social media trends and content strategy Comfortable filming, editing, and creating short-form video content Strong communication and organizational skills Beauty, haircare, or fashion industry experience is a plus What We're Looking For Creative thinker with strong attention to detail Self-motivated and highly organized Someone who understands both aesthetics and performance-driven content Passion for beauty, haircare, and social media culture Team player with a positive attitude and fresh ideas 90 day trial period to start, before converting to part-time/full time position.
