Duties Host lively live streaming sessions to promote products, services, or brand initiatives across various social media channels (Tiktok) Demonstrate products through engaging product demos, highlighting features and benefits to captivate viewers. Manage and grow social media presence by creating compelling content, responding to comments, and fostering community engagement. Collect data on viewer interactions, preferences, and feedback to inform marketing strategies and improve broadcast quality. Develop and execute event marketing campaigns during live streams to boost visibility and participation. Provide excellent customer service by addressing viewer questions promptly and professionally during broadcasts. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop branding strategies that enhance online presence and public speaking engagements. Experience Prior experience in electronics - facing roles is highly advantageous for understanding audience needs and delivering exceptional service. Proven skills in social media management, content creation, or live broadcasting are preferred. Experience in sales or promotional activities helps in effectively driving viewer engagement and product interest. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enabling communication with diverse audiences across different regions. Strong communication skills, public speaking ability, and confidence on camera are essential for success in this role. Familiarity with data collection tools and techniques to analyze viewer metrics and campaign performance is beneficial.
