This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves selling and turning inventory into profit, and is passionate about both in-store and digital resale.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle operations for Facebook Marketplace, eBay , and other digital resale platforms (listing, pricing, photography, customer communication, and sales) Handle daily retail and thrift store operations including merchandising, store presentation, and inventory management Process sales using POS systems , handle cash, cards, and digital payments with accuracy Provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish to in-store and online customers Manage shipping, packaging, and fulfillment for online orders (including labeling, barcoding, and preparing items for shipment) Perform inventory tasks such as barcoding, tagging, organizing, and tracking stock Drive sales through effective merchandising, upselling, and strategic pricing Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment Troubleshoot basic computer, POS, and platform-related issues Communicate professionally with customers in both English and Spanish Requirements:
Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish (spoken and written) — required Proven experience with Facebook Marketplace, eBay , and other online selling platforms Strong retail/thrift store background with hands-on experience in merchandising and sales Comfortable with computers , POS systems, inventory software, and basic tech troubleshooting Experience with cash handling , shipping, packaging, and barcoding Excellent customer service and sales skills Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently Reliable transportation and ability to lift up to 30-50 lbs when needed Passion for resale, thrifting, and maximizing item value What We Offer:
