This in-office role is responsible for day-to-day execution of marketing activities, including digital presence, content coordination, and campaign support across multiple channels. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role, ideal for someone who is proactive, organized, and enjoys taking ownership of tasks while collaborating with leadership and external vendors Key Responsibilities Marketing Execution & Coordination Execute assigned marketing initiatives and campaigns from start to finish Assist with planning, organizing, and tracking marketing projects Ensure deadlines are met and tasks are completed accurately and efficiently Maintain organized tracking of campaigns, deliverables, and timelines Digital & Social Media Marketing Manage and execute posting across social media platforms (scheduling, posting, monitoring engagement) Assist with developing and refining content aligned with the firm's brand voice Track and report on engagement and performance metrics Monitor trends and suggest content ideas or improvements Online Presence & Reputation Management Monitor online reviews (Google, Yelp, Indeed, etc.) Assist with drafting professional, timely responses to reviews Help maintain accurate business listings across platforms (including directories such as Yext) Support ongoing improvements to the firm's online presence Content & Campaign Support Assist in drafting marketing materials (social posts, website content, email campaigns, etc.) Coordinate with internal teams to gather content and information Support photography, video, and other marketing asset coordination when needed Vendor & Tool Coordination Work with external partners (marketing vendors, platforms, etc.) as directed Assist in maintaining marketing tools, platforms, and systems Help track campaign performance and provide basic reporting Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred 2-3 years of marketing, digital marketing, or related experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency with social media platforms and basic marketing tools Experience with tools such as social schedulers, CRM systems, or analytics platforms is a plus
