Office Assistant /
Customer Service & Social Media Coordinator Location:
Buffalo, NY Job Type:
Full-time or Part-time Pay:
$20-24 per hour (based on experience)
Start Date:
Immediate We're a growing e-commerce company launching our Buffalo office and are looking for a dependable, organized, and motivated team member to help us build our operations from the ground up. Responsibilities Receive, inspect, and ship packages Prepare and organize customer orders Provide customer service via email and social media Manage and update social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) Assist with inventory and office organization Perform general administrative and office support duties Qualifications Strong organizational and communication skills Comfortable using computers and common office software Familiar with social media platforms Customer service or office experience is preferred Able to lift up to 30 lbs Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently English required; bilingual (English/Chinese) is a plus What We Offer $20-24 per hour Full-time or Part-time opportunities Career growth in a fast-growing company Supportive and friendly work environment Opportunity to help launch and grow our Buffalo office Apply Today If you're excited to join a growing company and help build our Buffalo office from the beginning, we'd love to hear from you!
