Job Description

For this position, you will be greeting customers, assisting them, responding to their questions and scheduling appointments when they come in. You will also be interacting with customers on the phone and through social media. It is essential for the candidate to be able to manage multiple calls and tasks; such as taking care of reminder messages, resolving scheduling issues, moving information from hard copies to digital formats and keeping track of customer information and messages. Also, advising customers concerning particular products, services and up selling to customers by using recommendations. The candidate will also use social media to brand and communicate creative content by creating posts to promote the business and to generate sales. Candidate must also have strong researching skills.
