Job Overview We are seeking energetic and creative Digital Media Interns to join our marketing team. This paid internship offers an exciting opportunity to develop skills in graphic design, social media promotion, and digital advertising. You will play a vital role in enhancing our online presence, engaging our community, and supporting our marketing campaigns through innovative content creation and strategic promotion. Responsibilities Assist in designing eye-catching graphics and visual content using canva or Adobe Creative Suite tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator. for social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials Support the management of social media platforms by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and analyzing engagement metrics using social media management tools Contribute to email marketing efforts by creating compelling copy, designing templates, and segmenting audiences for targeted campaigns Help optimize digital advertising campaigns across platforms like Facebook Advertising, Google Ads (including Google AdWords), and SEM strategies to maximize reach and conversions Conduct keyword research and utilize SEO tools to improve website visibility and content performance on WordPress and other content management systems Assist in analyzing campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to identify opportunities for improvement in digital marketing efforts Support the implementation of AI marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns and enhance performance marketing initiatives Qualifications (We are looking for 2 interns, so not all qualifications are needed Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or a Related Field Strong proficiency with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Creative Suite, and graphic design principles Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL is a plus but not required Familiarity with social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn for business promotion Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp or similar tools is preferred Understanding of SEO best practices, keyword research, and content optimization techniques Ability to analyze data using Google Analytics or similar tools to assess campaign effectiveness Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for detail and creativity Motivated self-starter with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Join us at Windows on the Lake as we elevate our digital presence!
