Full-Time | Tuesday-Saturday (or flexible) | Approximately 12:00 PM - 8:00 PM About Us Baikalla Jewelry specializes in fine natural Burmese jadeite jade and curated gemstone jewelry. We are a growing family-owned company with customers across the United States and around the world. Through social media, live streams, and personalized customer service, we help people find meaningful jewelry they can treasure for generations. We are looking for a positive, organized, and customer-focused team member who wants more than just a job. We are seeking someone interested in building a long-term career, growing with our company, and becoming an important part of our team. Position Overview The E-Commerce/ Live Stream Customer Service Specialist is primarily responsible for providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after our live sales events. This role also includes assisting with social media management, customer outreach, and daily business operations.
Hours:
12pm - 8pm Monday - Thursday & Saturday This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with people, is comfortable using social media, and wants to grow within a fast-paced e-commerce and jewelry business. ResponsibilitiesCustomer Service Respond to customer emails, phone calls, text messages, and social media inquiries Assist customers with product questions, sizing guidance, order updates, and exchanges Maintain accurate customer records and communication history Follow up with customers to ensure a positive experience Live Stream Support Assist during live sales events on social media platforms Help track customer claims, invoices, and order details Communicate with customers before and after live events Support hosts and team members to ensure smooth live operations Social Media Support Respond to comments and direct messages Assist with posting content across social media platforms Help organize product photos, videos, and customer testimonials Monitor engagement and assist with community management Administrative & Team Support Assist with order processing and shipping coordination Maintain organized records and inventory information Support showroom and office operations as needed Participate in team meetings and training Qualifications Excellent communication and customer service skills Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable using social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok Positive attitude and willingness to learn Bachelor Degree Preferred Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Previous customer service experience preferred Social media or live selling experience is a plus but not required What We're Looking For We value attitude, work ethic, and character just as much as experience.
