We're hiring immediately for a full-time professional who is detail-oriented, client-focused, and confident with both customer service and social media. This role is perfect for someone with at least 1 year of front desk, receptionist, or admin experience, who enjoys working with people and managing office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome guests and agents, manage phone calls and emails Support office operations: data entry, scheduling, supply orders Create and manage social media content (Facebook, Canva) Maintain office calendar, training schedules, and event materials Keep the front desk and common areas clean and professional
Qualifications:
1+ year of customer service or front desk experience (required) Experience with Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and Canva Strong communication and organization skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Social media savvy (Facebook, Instagram, Canva content creation)
Schedule & Pay:
Full-time, in-person (Lehigh Valley, PA) Monday-Friday | 8:30 AM
  • 5:00 PM $32,000
  • 35,000/year + PTO after 90 days We're looking to hire ASAP
