Job Description

Role Summary Title:
Social Media Coordinator (Full-Time, Temporary) Reports to:
Social Media Associate Manager Location:
Philadelphia, PA (in office 3 days/week)
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Social Media Coordinator to support the execution of Anthropologie's organic social presence across platforms. This role is responsible for ensuring content is published accurately, on time, and aligned with brand and business priorities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong eye for detail, and enjoys bringing plans to life through precise execution and cross-functional coordination. You will partner closely with teams across Creative, Copy, Merchandising, Brand Marketing, and Operations to ensure content is aligned and deployed seamlessly across channels.
Role Responsibilities Content Publishing & Platform Management:
Schedule and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, Facebook, and YouTube, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with campaign and product priorities.
Editorial Calendar Execution:
Support the execution of the social editorial calendar, maintaining organization across weekly and monthly plans and ensuring all content is delivered on time.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
Partner with Creative, Copy, Merchandising, and Brand teams to gather and confirm all required assets (creative, copy, links, tags) needed for publishing.
Product & Merchandising Alignment:
Coordinate with Merchandising to confirm product availability, delivery timing, and key priorities for social content.
Operational Excellence:
Maintain organization across workflows, approvals, asset management, and publishing systems.
Administrative & Executional Support:
Support giveaway execution, documentation, and invoicing processes as needed.
Brand & Compliance Stewardship:
Ensure all content adheres to brand voice, guidelines, and attribution best practices. Role Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, or content operations Experience publishing across major social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube, Reddit, Facebook) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Strong copywriting, editing, and proofreading abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication and collaboration skills Interest in fashion, home, and lifestyle categories Self-motivated with a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, New Media, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Travel:
