We are a leading full-service talent agency based in Los Angeles, representing top-tier talent across film, television, digital media, and branding. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Digital Agents to join our digital team. We are seeking digitally fluent and talent-focused Digital Agents to join our growing digital division. We are specifically looking for agents with a passion for and experience in the beauty, lifestyle, culinary, and gaming spaces. In this role, you'll work directly with content creators, influencers, and digital talent to manage brand deals, content campaigns, scheduling, analytics, and client relations. This position blends relationship management with operational execution-you'll be part talent rep, part project manager, and part digital strategist. If you're passionate about creator culture, social platforms, and talent representation, this is your opportunity to grow within a fast-paced and creative environment. Duties include, but are not limited to: Assist in managing digital-first talent (influencers, creators, podcasters, streamers) across platforms like YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitch. Coordinate brand partnerships and digital campaigns-handle timelines, deliverables, content approvals, and payments. Monitor social media activity, trends, and audience data to advise talent on growth and engagement strategies. Support pitch decks, campaign recaps, and talent one-sheets for new business opportunities. Track campaign performance and produce reports using insights from social and analytics tools. Liaise between talent, brands, and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and execution. Maintain up-to-date talent rosters, calendars, and CRM systems. Skills required for the position are but not limited to: 1-3 years of experience in digital media or talent representation. Strong understanding of major social media platforms and content trends. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. High emotional intelligence and professional communication skills (verbal & written). Familiarity with brand sponsorship workflows, media kits, and creator tools. Proficiency in Google Workspace, Canva, and social analytics platforms. This position is not remote, they will report directly to the Digital department manager and must be comfortable as a team player with fellow team members.
