Overview We are seeking a data-driven Social Analyst to own the reporting and measurement infrastructure that supports paid social marketing performance. This role will be responsible for building dashboards, maintaining reporting accuracy, consolidating data across platforms, and delivering actionable insights that drive business decisions. Responsibilities Build, maintain, and optimize paid social dashboards and reporting within Sprinklr and related platforms. Develop automated reporting processes and recurring performance reports. Consolidate data from paid social platforms, web analytics tools, and brand studies into unified reporting views. Ensure data accuracy through consistent governance, tagging, taxonomy, and QA processes. Design and maintain measurement frameworks, including attribution, conversion tracking, testing, and performance analysis. Identify reporting gaps and recommend process improvements, automation opportunities, and measurement enhancements. Partner with marketing, analytics, and technology teams to improve reporting capabilities and data accessibility. Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in digital marketing analytics, paid social measurement, or a related field. Hands-on experience with Sprinklr , including dashboard creation, campaign reporting, and governance. Strong knowledge of paid social platforms, including Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Experience building automated dashboards and reporting solutions. Advanced analytical skills with the ability to interpret large datasets and communicate findings effectively. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with attribution modeling, A/B testing, and conversion tracking is a plus.
