This will be a hybrid role, ideally 3 days per week onsite, at their Stamford, CT office. Key Responsibilities Own and execute the social media strategy and content calendar, aligning with product launches, retail priorities, and seasonal campaigns Deliver cohesive, high-quality brand storytelling across platforms while driving engagement through community management, activations, and partnerships Lead influencer marketing efforts, including creator sourcing, campaign briefing, content approvals, and performance tracking Collaborate with key retail partners (Amazon, Target, Costco) on creator-led initiatives and manage product seeding and asset libraries Oversee PR initiatives including media outreach, product launches, press placements, and cultural moment activations Monitor brand sentiment and provide reporting with actionable insights and recommendations Manage external agencies and partner cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver integrated, high-impact campaigns Qualifications 5+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, and/or PR Deep understanding of key platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta, and Reddit Experience managing agencies and working cross-functionally in dynamic, fast-paced environments Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Excellent communication and storytelling abilities Data-driven mindset with a focus on performance optimization and measurable business impact Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Sprout Social and Monday.com is a plus In this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data. This position is onsite and requires you to work closely with other individuals in a collaborative team environment.
