Job Description

About the Role Life Is Now, Inc. is hiring a full-time Digital Media & Live Production Specialist to help us turn raw video, podcast, event, testimonial, and course content into compelling marketing assets. This role is for someone who can do more than edit video. You need a strong marketing brain . You should be able to watch raw content and identify the best hooks, clips, stories, angles, emotional moments, and teaching points that will stop the right audience from scrolling. You will produce YouTube content, social media clips, promotional videos, testimonial videos, course content, and live event replays. You will also support live and virtual events from a technical production standpoint. Most work is completed from home, but this is a hybrid Charlotte-area role . You must be available for approximately three in-person event weeks per year in the Charlotte area, along with occasional content shoots near our CEO's home office. What You'll Do Edit weekly podcast episodes for YouTube using Adobe Premiere Pro. Create short-form clips for social media from podcasts, events, testimonials, and other long-form content. Identify strong marketing angles, hooks, storylines, and promotional moments from raw footage. Use tools like Opus Clip or other AI-assisted platforms to increase content production speed. Create promotional videos for virtual and in-person events. Produce client testimonial and case study videos in short-form and long-form formats. Create YouTube thumbnails and basic digital assets using Canva or similar tools. Capture photos and video during live events and content shoots. Set up and support cameras, lighting, audio, monitors, switchers, projectors, Zoom, and smart board technology for events. Help produce high-quality replays from multi-day events. Upload and organize course content in GHL. Manage large video files across Google Drive and NAS storage systems. Track basic YouTube and social media performance metrics and bring content ideas to media meetings. Communicate clearly with the team through Slack and Teamwork. You're a Great Fit If You know how to find the "gold" inside raw content. You can spot a strong clip without someone handing you exact timestamps. You think about the audience, the hook, the message, and the marketing purpose behind each piece of content. You are comfortable editing, shooting, setting up gear, troubleshooting tech, organizing files, and producing content from start to finish. You enjoy variety and can move between focused editing work and fast-paced live event support. You are organized, self-directed, calm under pressure, and comfortable working with a small team. Required Qualifications Strong video editing experience, especially in Adobe Premiere Pro. Experience creating YouTube and social media video content. Strong judgment for identifying effective marketing clips and content angles. Working knowledge of camera setup, lighting, audio, and basic video production. Comfort supporting live or virtual events from a technical production standpoint. Ability to manage and organize large volumes of video files. Located in or near Charlotte, NC, or able to reliably support in-person Charlotte-area events and shoots. Ability to work independently from home while staying communicative and accountable. Preferred Qualifications Experience with Sony cameras. Experience with ATEM Mini Extreme ISO or similar video switchers. Experience with Zoom-based events, webinars, or virtual workshops. Experience with GHL or similar course platforms. Experience with Opus Clip or AI-assisted content tools. Experience with Canva, Lightroom, or Photoshop.
