Position Summary The Marketing & Digital Content Specialist will lead the execution of marketing initiatives across Screen Tight's portfolio of brands and products. This role will be responsible for developing compelling content, maintaining company websites, managing digital product information, supporting product launches, and executing marketing campaigns that strengthen our brands and support sales growth. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This individual should be equally comfortable writing content, updating websites, coordinating product launches, and working cross-functionally with sales, product development, operations, customer service, and retail partners. This role offers the opportunity to help shape and grow the company's marketing function by introducing new ideas, digital tools, creative approaches, and AI-enabled solutions that strengthen our brands, improve efficiency, and support future growth. Hybrid Work Opportunity This position is based in Georgetown, South Carolina . During the first 90 days , the Marketing & Digital Content Specialist will work on-site to complete onboarding, gain product knowledge, learn our manufacturing operations, and build relationships with key departments. Following successful onboarding, this position is eligible for a hybrid work schedule , typically consisting of three days in the office and two days working remotely , based on business needs and performance. Additional in-office days may be required to support product launches, customer meetings, photography and video production, trade shows, company events, and other collaborative projects. Key Responsibilities Marketing Campaigns Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing campaigns for new and existing products. Coordinate campaign timelines, creative assets, and project deliverables. Support promotional initiatives with retailers, distributors, and sales partners. Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements based on results. Content Creation Develop engaging content for social media, email marketing, blogs, product literature, sales presentations, brochures, and other marketing materials. Capture and coordinate photography and video content for marketing campaigns, product launches, and company events. Work with internal teams and external partners to develop marketing assets that align with Screen Tight's brand standards. Maintain a consistent brand voice across all brands and communication channels. Website & Digital Content Management Maintain and update company websites, including product pages, landing pages, images, technical documentation, and downloadable resources. Coordinate new product launches across company websites. Optimize website content for user experience and search engine optimization (SEO). Analyze website performance using Google Analytics and other digital tools to recommend improvements. Ensure all digital product information is accurate, current, and aligned with brand standards. Customer & E-Commerce Support Manage product listings across customer and retail websites, including product descriptions, specifications, installation guides, images, videos, and marketing assets. Coordinate digital content requirements for retail partners, including Home Depot, Lowe's, Tractor Supply, and other customers. Maintain accurate and consistent product information across all online channels. Support retailer marketing initiatives and digital merchandising programs. Marketing Operations Coordinate trade show preparation, promotional materials, and event logistics. Assist with packaging updates, catalogs, installation instructions, printed collateral, and point-of-sale materials. Organize and maintain the company's digital asset library. Track marketing projects, deadlines, budgets, and campaign deliverables. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities. Recommend and implement new marketing technologies, AI tools, and workflow improvements that increase efficiency and marketing effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. 2+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational and project management abilities. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Creative thinker with exceptional attention to detail. Proficiency with Microsoft Office required. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) is preferred. Experience with Canva for creating digital and print marketing materials is preferred. Experience managing website content through a Content Management System (CMS) is preferred. Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing, SEO, Google Analytics, and digital marketing best practices. Experience using AI-powered tools, such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or similar platforms, to improve content creation, research, productivity, and marketing workflows is a plus.
