Marketing & Digital Content Specialist NENN Santa Rosa Valley, CA Job Details Full-time $40,000 - $50,000 a year 1 day ago Qualifications Content management systems B2C content creation Graphic design App promotion advertising campaigns Video production Facebook Marketing analytics Webflow Full Job Description NENN is seeking a highly capable Marketing & Digital Content Specialist to lead the creation and execution of multi-channel digital marketing across NENN's veterinary ambulatory large animal practice, the NENN foundation, and our consumer-facing app. This role integrates AI-powered content creation, field-case storytelling, paid media execution, graphic design, and website management. The ideal candidate is both creative and technically skilled, with the ability to translate real veterinary field cases into compelling, performance-driven digital campaigns. AI Driven Marketing and Content Creation Use AI tools to generate multiple ad variations tailored to different audience segments Develop messaging for NENN's Veterinary services (large animal ambulatory practice), Foundation initiatives, outreach programs as well as App features and user acquisition Test, refine, and optimize creative based on performance data Build scalable campaign structures for ongoing testing and iteration Meta Ads & Paid Media Create, launch, and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns Develop segmented audiences and targeted ad sets by service line and demographic Optimize campaigns for performance (CTR, conversions, cost per lead, app downloads) Test creative variations and iterate based on analytics Provide ongoing reporting and insights on campaign performance Webflow Website Management Maintain and update company websites using Webflow Build/Optimize landing pages for campaigns, services, and foundation initiatives Ensure consistent branding, messaging, and user experience across digital properties Implement timely updates aligned with marketing initiatives Short Form Video Creation Produce AI-generated, animated short-form content inspired by real veterinary field cases Transform clinical scenarios into engaging visual formats using AI tools (animation, motion graphics, voiceover, and synthetic media) Develop content optimized for social platforms (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts), focusing on clarity, engagement, and shareability Collaborate with veterinary teams to identify high-impact case stories and translate them into compelling, audience-friendly narratives Balance real-world authenticity with scalable, AI-enhanced production workflows Graphic Design & Marketing Assets Design email marketing messaging, promotional graphics, and digital assets, as needed. Create visual content for campaigns, social media, and paid ads Maintain consistent branding across all marketing channels Develop visually compelling materials that support both education and conversion This is a hybrid role combining ride-along exposure for context in content creation, in-office collaboration, and remote digital execution. Experience in digital marketing, content creation, or media production Strong ability in graphic design for digital platforms (email, ads, social content) Experience with AI tools for content generation and marketing workflows Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager or paid social platforms Experience with Webflow or similar CMS platforms Strong short-form video editing capabilities Excellent writing and storytelling skills Ability to translate technical or clinical subject matter into consumer-facing messaging Strong organizational and execution skills Farm animal and equine knowledge is helpful but not required Experience managing multi-channel marketing ecosystems Familiarity with performance marketing funnels and conversion optimization Experience producing social-first video content in real-world environments Increased app downloads and user engagement Improved Meta ad performance (CTR, cost per acquisition, conversions) Growth in website traffic and appointment bookings Consistent production of high-quality content across channels Strong alignment between field operations and external marketing outputs This role is central to how NENN's veterinary services, Foundation initiatives, and Applications are communicated to the world.
